BREEDER POLICIES AND PROCEDURES:
- YOUR PUPPIES ARE OUR FIRST PRIORITY, THEIR SAFETY AND WELLBEING COME BEFORE ANYTHING ELSE.
- SHREDDED PAPER FOR YOUR PUPPIES KENNEL CARRIER WILL BE PROVIDED. HELPS REDUCE STRESS (BY GIVING THEM A PLACE TO SNUGGLE INTO) AND KEEP PUPPIES CLEAN WHILE ON TRANSPORT.
- WE WILL BE ON A SCHEDULED CHECK EVERY 3-4 HOURS TO CHECK PUPPIES FOOD, WATER AND WELLNESS. ALONG WITH CHANGING PAPER IN THE KENNEL CARRIER IF NEEDED. THERE WILL BE CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES WHERE THE PAPER MAY BE CHANGED AT AN EARLY OR LATER TIME IF THEY HAVE AN ACCIDENT.
- PUPS DO NOT HAVE TO BE MICRO CHIPPED BUT IS A PLUS.
- PUPPIES WILL BE ON THE TRUCK NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS INCLUDING THE DAY OF PICKUP. THERE IS ALWAYS THAT POSSIBILITY OF A BREAK DOWN, ECT. THAT CAN EFFECT TIME FRAME.
- PUPPIES NEED TO HAVE AT LEAST 6 DAYS WORTH OF FOOD TO ENSURE THERE IS AN ADEQUATE AMOUNT FOR THE TRIP. FOOD MUST BE IN A ZIP LOCK BAG OR SAMPLE BAG. WE WILL PROVIDE LABELS FOR YOUR DOG FOOD TO ENSURE NO MIX UPS. TOYS, BLANKETS ETC. ARE WELCOME WITHIN REASON AND WILL BE LABELED ALONG WITH KENNEL CARRIER AND DOG FOOD.
- ALL PUPPIES MUST BE CLEAN AND BATHED, NAILS TRIMMED, AND FREE OF ANY PARASITES BEFORE ARRIVING TO MEET THE TRANSPORT.
- NO MEDS WILL BE GIVEN AT ANYTIME BY US DURING TRANSPORT. WE WILL HOWEVER PROVIDE NUTRI-CAL (SUGAR/ENERGY BOOST FOR CRASHING OR STRESSED PUPPIES) OR CHURU (MEAL ENHANCEMENT FOR STRESSED PUPPIES NOT WANTING TO EAT). WE WILL USE NUTRI-CAL OR CHURU, ONLY IN THE EVENT OF A PUPPY STRESSING. WE WILL NOTIFY BREEDER IMMEDIATELY VIA TEXT OR PHONE CALL ALONG WITH CUSTOMER.
- WE WILL NOT BY ANY MEANS TAKE ANY SICK DOGS. IF YOUR DOG LOOKS UNHEALTHY OR SICKLY AT THE TIME OF PICKUP, WE WILL HAVE THE RIGHT TO DENY YOUR TRANSPORT AND REFUND OR CREDIT YOU ON THE SHIPPING. IN THE EVENT A PUPPY GETS SICK OR IS SICK WITHOUT OUR KNOWLEDGE ON PICKUP WE WILL CONTACT BREEDER, CUSTOMER AND OUR OWN PERSONAL VET OF SYMPTOM’S AND CLOSELY MONITOR THE PET. IF HE IS UNABLE TO HELP OR NOT ABLE TO BE REACHED OR SOMETHING IS LIFE THREATENING, WE WILL FIND THE CLOSEST VET CLINIC AND WE WILL BE FORCED TO LEAVE THE PUPPY ONCE IT IS CHECKED IN. BREEDER AND BUYER WILL BE NOTIFIED AND WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PICKING UP PUPPY AND VET COST ETC. ANY PUPPIES SICK ON OR AFTER DELIVERY ARE BETWEEN THE OWNER AND BREEDER. ANY COST FOR VET EXPENSES OF SICK PUPPIES WILL BE BETWEEN OWNER AND BREEDER. OUR TRANSPORT WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES FOR ANY SICK PUPPIES DURING TRANSPORT OR AFTER DELIVERY.
- WE WILL NOT BY ANY MEANS SHIP ANY AGGRESSIVE ACTING DOGS. IF YOUR DOG ACTS AGGRESSIVE AT TIME OF PICKUP IT WILL BE UP TO THE DRIVERS IF THEY WILL ACCEPT/REJECT THE DOG.
- ALL PUPPIES MUST BE AT LEAST 8 WEEKS OLD, CURRENT SHOT RECORD FOR APPROPRIATE AGE AND MUST HAVE A CURRENT HEALTH CERTIFICATE THAT IS GOOD FOR 10 DAYS. THEY MUST BE 2 LBS OR MORE AT TIME OF PICKUP OR WILL BE DENIED SHIPMENT AND A CANCELLATION FEE OR REBOOKING FEE OF $50 WILL BE CHARGED
- CANCELATIONS MUST BE WITHIN 24 HOURS BEFORE DEPARTURE DATE OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED $250.00 FOR HALF OF THE TRANSPORTATION FEE. NO-SHOWS WILL NOT BE GIVEN ANY REFUNDS.
- ANY AND ALL FOLDERS AND ENVELOPES WILL BE LABELED BY US ON TRUCK WITH CUSTOMERS NAME AND ALSO BREEDERS NAME.
- PAYMENTS WILL BE VIA PAYPAL, VENMO OR CASH APP IN ADVANCE OR CASH ON PICKUP. NO CHECKS PERIOD! RECEIPT GIVEN UPON PAYMENT.
- FEEDING SCHEDULE MUST BE FILLED OUT BY BREEDER PER PUPPY BEFORE PICKUP. IF YOU NEED ONE PLEASE CONTACT ME AND I WILL EMAIL YOU ONE.
- ALL BOOKINGS MUST INCLUDE DEPARTURE DATE, BUYERS NAME, FULL ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER, EMAIL, BREED OF DOG, AGE AT TIME OF DEPARTURE, WEIGHT AND HEIGHT AS WELL BECAUSE IT IS VERY CRUCIAL TO ENSURE WE HAVE THE PROPER SIZE KENNEL CARRIER FOR YOU DOG TO FIT IN.
- PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT BUYERS PHONE NUMBERS ARE CELL PHONE NUMBERS AND THAT THEY WILL RECEIVE CALLS FROM UNKNOWN NUMBERS OR THEY WILL NOT RECEIVE PROPER COMMUNICATION WHILE ON ROUTE FOR DELIVERY OF PUPPY.
- WHEN WE LEAVE, OUR TIME FRAME IS BY HOURS NOT BY DAYS.
- WE WILL TRY OUR BEST TO SERVE EVERY CUSTOMER WITH UPDATED ETA’S BY TEXT, PHONE CALL OR EMAIL. TO LET THEM KNOW WHEN TO BE EXPECTING US. WE WILL TRY TO UPDATE EVERY CUSTOMER AFTER EVERY DROP OFF.
- WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DO VIDEOS OR PHOTOS ALONG THE ROUTE DUE TO BEING ON A TIGHT SCHEDULE, ALL SHOULD BE DONE BY BREEDERS PRIOR TO DROPPING PUPPY OFF UPON CUSTOMERS REQUEST.
- SHOULD A CUSTOMER RECEIVING A PUPPY, REJECT IT, WE WILL TRANSPORT THE PUPPY BACK TO BREEDER AT A SET LOCATION TO MEET AND NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.
- UPON DELIVERY YOUR CUSTOMER WILL RECEIVE ALL PAPERWORK, DOG FOOD, TOYS, BLANKETS, ECT PROVIDED FROM BREEDER AT TRANSPORT PICKUP.
- WE WILL TAKE A PHOTO OF THE BUYERS DRIVER’S LICENSE, A PICTURE OF THE BUYER HOLDING THEIR DRIVER’S LICENSE WITH THE PUPPY. ONCE YOUR PET ARRIVES, WE WILL SEND A CONFIRMATION NOTIFICATION TO BREEDER VIA EMAIL SO WE DON’T WAKE ANYONE. WE WILL INCLUDE A PHOTO OF BUYERS PHOTO ID, PUPPY WITH BUYER AND A SIGNED CONFIRMATION FORM SIGNED BY THE BUYER.
- WE WILL HAVE A MICRO CHIP SCANNER ON BOARD TO CHECK YOUR MICRO CHIP NUMBERS TO ENSURE CORRECT INFORMATION IS PROVIDED, AND PUPPY GOES TO CORRECT BUYER ETC.
- WE WILL NOT AND DO NOT TOLERATE ANY HOSTILE OR AGGRESSIVE ACTING CLIENTS (BUYER OR BREEDER) ANY AND ALL CLIENTS FOUND TO BE HOSTILE OR AGGRESSIVE IN ANY WAY WILL BE REFUSED COMPLETELY, IF IT’S THE BREEDER AND MEETING TRANSPORT DRIVER, DRIVER CAN TURN AWAY BREEDER WITHOUT ANY REFUND, IF IN ROUTE AND BREEDER CALLS OR TEXT IN A HOSTILE OR AGGRESSIVE WAY DRIVER CAN REFUSE TO DELIVER PUPPY AND BRING BACK TO BREEDER WITHOUT A REFUND. IF CUSTOMER IS HOSTILE OR AGGRESSIVE ON ROUTE OR AT THE HOME OF BUYER. DRIVER CAN DENY DELIVERY OF PUPPY AND BRING IT BACK TO BREEDER WITHOUT A REFUND.
- ALL KENNEL CARRIERS AFTER EACH TRIP WILL BE TAKEN APART, CLEANED AND SANITIZED TO ENSURE THEY ARE SAFE AND FREE OF ANY CONTAMINATIONS. IF THERE IS A SICK PET THAT IS TRANSPORTED IN A KENNEL THAT KENNEL WILL BE DISPOSED OF AND A NEW KENNEL WILL BE PURCHASED TO REPLACE IT.
WE WILL BE PICKING UP ON MONDAYS THROUGH OUT THE DAY AND TRY TO LEAVE THE STATE OF MISSOURI BEFORE 5PM TO START OUR ROUTE. WE WILL BE IN CONTACT WITH ALL BUYERS BY PHONE CALL, TEXT, OR EMAIL TO LET THEM KNOW WE ARE ON OUR WAY, ETAS AND SO ON. LAST PUPPY DROP OFF SHOULD BE NO LATER THAN FRIDAY ON EVERY SHIPPING WEEK. WE WILL TRY TO BE AS COURTEOUS AS WE CAN WITH BUYERS ON EARLY AM DROP OFFS, SOME WILL BE EARLIER THEN OTHERS. IF ANYTHING SHOULD HAPPEN, NO MATTER THE TIME ALONG THE ROUTE WITH A PUPPY, WE WILL NOTIFY BREEDER AND BUYER IMMEDIATELY OF THE WELLBEING OF THAT PUPPY. OUR BUSINESS IS TO ENSURE THE BEST POSSIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH GETTING YOUR PRECIOUS PETS TO THEIR NEW FOREVER HOMES.
